The white panels are cast from white cement and quarried marble in four fractions — from powder to grains up to 6 mm. The colour is in the concrete itself, not in paint; up close you can see the marble grains.

The grey panels are made of concrete with 42.5R Portland cement and steel bar reinforcement — compressive strength above 55 MPa at 28 days.

Factory, warehouse, residential complex or plot — the fence is long and you pay for every metre. That is why Rain Guard, Liner, Simple and Stacked Stone also have a lower price per linear metre: for fences longer than 200 linear metres, in grey and in white. Below this length the model’s usual prices apply. Fast delivery, quick assembly and the same warranty.
Industrial price (over 200 linear metres): 32–93 €/m excl. VAT
See the industrial a quotePrices are per linear metre, excl. VAT (for private individuals VAT is added), and include the panels and posts; transport is stated in the quote, and assembly is quoted separately, on request — we assemble only in Romania and Bulgaria.
Do you also make gates?
Yes — pedestrian gates and driveway gates in various models. For now we make and deliver them only in Bulgaria, and on-site installation is arranged case by case. A tip from practice: while the crew pours the fence foundations, have them also set the gate’s metal support posts and pour the reinforced concrete beam beneath it. The gate is then made to fit the finished opening and there is no second round of digging.
View the gates
We have our own transport — four flatbed lorries; the transport price is in the quote. Assembly is done by your own crew or a local fencing crew, following our instructions; we assemble only in Romania and Bulgaria.
The assembly crew (yours or a local fencing crew, following our instructions) pours the foundations and assembles the fence: a typical fence of a few dozen to about 100 linear metres is ready in 2–3 days on prepared ground with the materials delivered, and for longer fences the timeframe is stated in the quote. Our own crews assemble only in Romania and Bulgaria. Assembly is possible in winter too — at temperatures above −5 °C and on ground free of snow.
Assembly options
First choose the colour: premium (white) or standard (grey). Then the panel model. Finally, specify the height (150/180/210 cm; for Stacked Stone — 150/200, for Douglas and Cedar — 160/200) and the total length of your fence.
Fill in the form or write directly on WhatsApp. Your order is handled by one of our sales consultants — we usually reply within 4 working hours. We check with you how many sides the fence has and whether the height and length are correct, then we send a quote for the elements and transport, with the delivery time. Assembly: we assemble only in Romania and Bulgaria — there, if you wish, after you confirm this quote you receive a separate quote for it, based on the terrain, length, height and foundations; elsewhere the fence is assembled by your crew or a local fencing crew, following our instructions.
Once everything is clear — the quote for the fence and, if you requested it, the one for assembly (Romania and Bulgaria only) — you will receive a contract and an invoice. Production starts with a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount. As soon as the elements are ready, we call you to agree the day and time of delivery. The balance is paid before each delivery — the value of that delivery minus the proportional part of the deposit; with a single delivery — the whole balance at once, before the fence leaves the factory.
With the fence you receive a 15-year warranty card and a certificate of conformity.
How we work across EuropeWinter assembly, warranty, concrete or brick — the answers are on the “Frequently asked questions” page.
Advantages
The fence comes ready-made from the factory and is assembled on site — a typical fence in 2–3 days on prepared ground. After that it needs no painting and no yearly repairs: the colour is in the concrete, not in paint.
A solid fence at 150, 180 or 210 cm — the garden cannot be seen from the street. There are also openwork models that let light through. Every model comes in grey and in white; the relief is on one side, the back is unfinished.
The superplasticiser in our mix reduces the water in the concrete; the concrete is stronger and more watertight. Compressive strength above 55 MPa at 28 days. The life of the fence is over 50 years, based on laboratory tests and observations in the field.
The moulds are made of platinum-cure silicone — the same material used for dental impressions. It picks up even the finest detail of the master model. That is why the relief edges are sharp and the dimensions are accurate from panel to panel.
Written, with a warranty card and a certificate of conformity: 15-year warranty on all fences, including at the industrial price. It runs from the day assembly is completed.
The water in the concrete is not added by eye. The Teka mixer doses every batch automatically, and we test it in our laboratory — so today’s panel has the same properties as last month’s panel.
Nothing is built with masonry on site. The posts go into the footings, the panels into the grooves of the posts, row by row. The panels, posts and plinths are standardised, reinforced and cast from high-strength concrete in enclosed production halls.
Posts first: excavation and concrete, in individual footings of 40 × 40 × 80 cm or on a strip plinth. Then the panels are stacked between them row by row. A typical fence — 2–3 days on prepared ground. You do not need to be on site.
Konkret Line is a certified manufacturer of precast concrete fences. The factory is in Măgurele, near Bucharest: three enclosed production halls, our own laboratory, operating since 2011. The photos are in the gallery.

I was extremely happy with Mr Florin's crew. I will work with them any time, with confidence and pleasure. The concrete fence (posts, panels) is of exceptional quality. Besides the quality construction, it also looks good. Thanks to its quality, this part of the neighbourhood now looks better. I recommend Konkret Line's products to everyone with great confidence, and for the installation – Mr Florin.

A year ago I bought a prefabricated fence from Konkret Line and I am extremely happy with the result. It looks impressive, with very well-made details that I did not find at any other manufacturer. It has held up well without me doing anything to it. I recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality fence. I went round all the companies around Bucharest one by one and only they seemed reliable to me.

10 out of 10 for the Konkret Line fence and the installation by Manea Florin Construct SRL. - They installed it without me being on site; we communicated perfectly on WhatsApp with photos and video before each stage (foundations, posts, panels, etc.). The installer is a professional. We consulted at every stage, every day. - They installed it perfectly: if I look from one corner, from the first post, you see a straight line, as if it were a single post all the way to the other corner. In the photo the side is about 80 m long. - They installed it quickly, in about 1 week, and when they finished they left everything perfectly clean. - It looks very good – it matters what machines Konkret Line produces with: as with paving stones, concrete products must be made on quality equipment and well vibrated. Many thanks. We will certainly work together again.
In poza latura are aproximativ 80 m lungime. Multumesc mult. Cu siguranta vom mai colabora.

Last week I also bought a plain fence, model KV100. It was installed for me by Florin Manea and his team, and I can say we were very pleased. The fence is good quality and the installation was done very well. Even though some situations arose that were beyond their control, solutions were found and the job was completed fully without any problems. They also took care of removing the old fence. About Florin and his team, I can say I chose them because of the reviews and I do not regret it. They worked very cleanly and in an organised way. So I recommend Konkret, and for the installation – Florin.
Companies and institutions we have built fences for.
Six types of garden fence — concrete, metal, wood, mesh and gabions, masonry fence and hedge — compared on what decides the choice: how much of the yard they screen, what maintenance they need, how they are installed and how they cope with a slope.
The Konkret Line concrete fence panel is 183 × 30 × 4–5 cm, reinforced, 46–61 kg. The dimensions of all panels, how they fit into the posts, the price per panel and per metre — in grey and in white, excl. VAT.
What the KA300 coping and the KA400 plinth capping are, which models they go with, how many pieces one fence needs and how much they cost in grey and in white.
A precast fence made of concrete panels is cast in a factory and installed in 2–3 days on prepared ground; a poured (monolithic) fence is made on site, in formwork and in stages. A comparison by time, concrete control, season, appearance, repair and price — and when each is the better choice.
